Since the inception of distance learning, there have been significant improvements in the modeling of the same. In some cases, the learning process has been developed through web-based platforms called a portal. These allow effective ways to make the learning process student-centered and geared towards defining and developing the learning objectives. Additionally, distance learning today can be improved through the contents created, shared, and used in learning. The systems can draw and develop learning from videos, graphics, pictures, audio, and many other multimedia materials that improve the learning process’s quality and value. These key attributes are all important in ensuring that learning is developed as a tool that remains socially and technologically integrated. This makes the learning process and activities defined and based on the need to improve the learning solutions ad objective attainment. Therefore, learning in the organizations needs to embrace the existing technologies that would be relevant and useful for the attainment. However, learners in such a learning environment must be aware of the learning needs and thus must ensure there is a need to improve the learning tools. Additionally, the teachers or the instructors must be well-versed in the need to define, develop, and improve the learning initiatives even on the technologically assisted learning process applications.
