What are the steps of the new hire training process? Are there any steps missing that you would add?
According to Hidayat & Budiatma (2018), there are five steps a corporation can take to guarantee that their employee training program is as successful. Offering multiple teaching approaches, building a personal connection, providing many opportunities for questions, providing an online option, and providing extra resources are all part of the standard new hire training process. The more HR does to help new employees adjust and feel welcomed, the quicker they will become productive company members. If I were to add a step, I would most likely include a follow-up or feedback. This is your chance to ask employees about the onboarding process at the company.
