Conclusion
To sum up, Post-trauma stress disorder is a complicated illness that people should take seriously. It is important for individual to take care when dealing with painful or hurting things in their lifetime. Also, health centers should always have PTSD campaign as many times as possible. The aim of these campaigns should be to educate people on the issue of PTSD, e.g., how to prevent themcontracting the disease, ways of taking care of the people living with PTSD, and methods of reducing the effects of the disease to the already affected individuals. Thus, these campaigns will enable the people to get more information about the disorder. Also, people should be enlightened on how to deal with any traumatic events that happen in their life. Every person must be prepared for anything as life is not predictable. Thus, people who have experiencedexperienced painful events that lead to traumatic memories should seek treatment from the health professionals. The health specialists will guide them on how to recovery by the use of psychotherapy and medications. Then the patient should follow the treatment schedule as according to the instructions of the doctor, because if the disorder is left untreated, more and more severe complications will occur, and it will be even more difficult to solve them.
