In this case, I will create a mentoring program that can be used by older employees at work and home. Different mentoring programs can be used for this purpose; however, I will use a traditional one-on-one mentoring program (LoBuono et al.,2019). This is because this form of mentoring allows one to understand mentees, and if they have challenges, they will be easy to solve.

The design that I will use in my mentoring program is one-on-one mentoring programs, and the mentee should suggest their encounter with technological devices and how these devices have affected their work. The first stage of the design is the analysis, and it as I have started early, it will be determining challenges encountered by old employees on technology. From this stage will analyze the advantages of using technological devices at work. In addition to that, the program’s design will include the teaching strategies, material used during mentoring, the necessary steps to be followed by employees on learning the use of technology. Finally, the design will include the evaluation tools that will help determine the employees’ progress on technology.
