Abstract
Philosophy has become a buzzword in education and has become a fundamental thought for the development of the education sector. Philosophy has been understood AS THE study of basic concepts such as knowing right and wrong and subjecting every thought to the most appropriate. The success of the educational sector is bound based on the ethical standards in the teaching industry. Students and the WORLD-WIDE society are influenced y the thoughts and the mind patterns of the teachers and their philosophy in the educational career. Studies in trends in the ethical issues in this field have tremendous improvement in the delivery by the teachers to the students. Hence, in the long run, students are morally stable ethics such as dignity, accountability, fairness, and many more are outlined in this paper.

Social responsibility or corporate social responsibility is essential for sustainable growth and development. A self-regulatory business model enables a firm to be socially responsible—to itself, its stakeholders, and the general public. stakeholders can be aware of their impact on all parts of society, including economic, social, and environmental issues, by adopting corporate social responsibility, also known as corporate citizenship. “Equality” provides everyone with one box to stand on, even though the tallest person does not require it and the shortest person can still not see. “Equity” does not provide any boxes for the privileged individual. Instead, the person in the center receives one package, and the person, in the end, gets two. Everyone is now on an equal footing. Everyone has an equal chance. Everyone, however, will have a fighting chance at living the life they desire. They are not held back by factors beyond their control, such as structural barriers or discrimination.
